Production Department

- *Data gathering & analyzing system makes it possible to improve the production management continuously, following a plan, execution, inspection, processing (PDCA) quality management system
Cutting
- *As the very beginning of the process, fabric quality checking ,embroidery & print quality checking are made to ensure the pre-sewing quality.
- *Band-knife is adopted for accurate cutting of the small pieces.
- *Japanese made bonding machine makes it possible to set-up the bonding conditions to mach various kinds of fabric & interlining.
Sewing
- *Intermediate inspection is set to get the discrepancies found and rectified at the earliest time.
- *Needle-confine system is adopt to avoid any fractured needle pieces fall into the products and injure the consumer.
Inspection
- *Double Inspection system ensures the quality of every piece of the products to be perfect.
- *A double-head conveyer needle detector is adopted to get any kind of small metal pieces to be found and removed from the products before delivery.
Delivery & Shipment
- *Either domestic delivery or export shipment arrangement is possible to fulfill the customers’ requirements.
